Pinguicula seeds are small and
precious. The following seed pack prevents their escape and does not require
taping or the use of plastics to which the seeds glue and are lost. Wrapping
seeds with plastic may even lead to their suffocation if packs are kept at warm
temperature (high breathing rate). This can occur during transport for example.
1- Fold a square white paper
as follows
Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
Step 4
Step 5 – The upper triangle folds behind the 2 lower
ones.
2- The seeds can be placed at
the center of the seed pack which can be folded and un-folded many times.
3- Don’t forget
to write the name of the mother plant, the date of collect and your name.
